This was way easier to assemble than I thought it would be. The instructions were clear, everything made sense, and I had it put together quickly.

The designs are nice overall, and I do like the clean, simple wood look. That said, some of the pieces felt a little too plain for my taste. I was hoping for more modern details or maybe a few more color options. When I brought it up, I kind of felt dismissed, like my feedback wasn’t really taken seriously. It’s not bad by any means, just didn’t totally feel like what I was looking for.

The products themselves are fine, honestly. I didn’t really have any big complaints there. But trying to get help? That got annoying fast. I sent emails and then just sat around waiting, and I ended up having to follow up more than once. Like, come on, I’m not asking for a miracle here. Anyway, it wasn’t a total disaster, but if you need quick answers, this probably isn’t the smoothest experience.

I ordered this thinking it would ship a lot sooner, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The updates were slow too, which made the wait more frustrating. The product itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping experience was disappointing and felt preventable.

I bought my Leisurecraft product through a local dealer, and overall the product itself has been good. No real complaints there. The part that was a bit frustrating was dealing with the dealer — replies were slower than I expected, and the delivery details seemed to change a few times, so I felt like I had to keep following up. The install did go fine in the end, which I appreciated. Personally, I’d say the product is worth it, but the dealer experience was just average for me.

The wood feels sturdy and I like the overall look, but it wasnt perfect. A few pieces had rough edges, and some of the fit was a little off when I put it together.

My sauna delivery went smoothly overall. The driver was friendly, and when I checked everything over, the sauna itself looked fine. The only issue I noticed was that one corner of the box was a little beat up, but thankfully nothing inside seemed damaged.

I bought this from Leisurecraft expecting it to last for years. It looked really nice in the beginning, but after a couple of seasons some parts started wearing down and one of the doors doesn’t line up right anymore. Customer support was okay, they did get back to me, it just took longer than I expected. For what it cost, I was hoping it would hold up better over time

I did receive what I ordered, and to be fair, it looks decent enough. But considering what I paid, I was expecting something that felt a bit more premium. A few parts came across as basic, and the finish wasn’t quite as clean as I’d hoped, which was a little disappointing.
